What is Coaching?
Coaching is about:
- Gaining new tools and having more energy to deal with issues
- Making better decisions for yourself and your family because your focus is clear
- Learning how to be firm and loving, tough and fair at the same time
- Learning to be your true self - self-confident and strong
- Experiencing a greater enjoyment of family and life in general
- Developing a balanced life that works
- Taking better and smarter action through goals and purpose
Someone else put it like this:
"Coaching is an opportunity to be a resource for others through collaborative dialogue, opening possibilities and creating commitment to take actions designed to achieve desired results. As a result, both client receiving coaching and the coach gain new insights into what might be possible. Being a coach is the opportunity to "walk" with another person and find new paths together. Being a coach is not about how much you know but about what you can create working with others from a place of contribution and connection."

Coaching is a wonderful way to have support and encouragement from a coach, who cares about you and what you want to accomplish. Through questions and answers, skill building, and honesty, the coach will inspire you to get things done, follow through, learn to be a great parent, and be your best self!
